Structure and performance
This machine is composed of hopper, oscillating chamber, coupling, motor, etc. The oscillating chamber is composed of eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft, bearing, etc. The adjustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor and transmitted to the center line of the main shaft. Under the unbalanced state, the centrifugal force is generated to force the material to change and form the track vortex in the screen. The amplitude of the weight adjuster can be adjusted according to different materials and screens. The whole machine has compact structure, small volume, no dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, convenient movement and maintenance.
