A. Mixing effect
Even if the material has the difference of specific gravity and particle size, it can achieve a good mixing effect under the rapid and violent tossing of staggered mixing blades.
B. Crusher
When the materials are lumped and agglomerated, it is necessary to add a crushing device. The "crushing rod" with a triangular tooth cover maintains a high speed of more than 1400rpm, and the agglomerates are crushed and depolymerized in the weight-loss area of the materials.
C. Discharge form
The discharge form is generally pneumatic (manual) flap valve, the arc valve is tightly embedded in the cylinder, flush with the inner wall of the cylinder, without material accumulation and mixing dead angle; the standard type has large opening and small opening, large opening and opening to the side of the cylinder, the discharge is clean and fast, with less residue.
D. Two blade
In order to reduce the replacement cost of vulnerable parts of the equipment, the blade can be made into two pieces, and a movable blade is padded on the blade base, which can directly replace the worn blade, which is economical and fast.
