Working principle
SLD series horizontal screw belt mixer is composed of U-shaped cylinder, screw belt mixing blade and transmission parts; the screw belt blade is generally made of double layers. During operation, the outer screw belt collects the materials from both sides to the center, and the inner screw belt transports the materials from the center to both sides, forming two circulation material flows. The mixing part can also be made into paddle type or added with flying knife to adapt to different materials. The bottom center of the mixer cylinder is provided with a discharge port, and the spiral structure of the outer spiral belt coordinates with the rotation direction of the main shaft to drive the materials inside the cylinder wall to the central discharge port for discharging, so as to ensure that there is no dead angle in the discharge of materials inside the cylinder. The cylinder cover can be made into arch or full open type, which can bear pressure, and the full open type is convenient for cleaning the inside of the equipment. The advantages of this machine are wide application range, high mixing uniformity, short mixing time and large loading coefficient.

It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, feed, plastic and building materials industries, and can be made according to GMP standards. The machine has wide adaptability for mixture, can mix uniformly for viscous materials, can keep the integrity of particles as far as possible for granular materials, and can mix well for materials with a ratio difference of 1:1000-10000. This machine can also make heating, cooling, positive pressure, vacuum and other special forms according to the requirements of users.
