V-series high-efficiency mixer is a kind of international general dry powder and dry particle material mixer. main features
Due to the V-shaped structure of the barrel and the design of the rapid mixing device inside the barrel, during the rotation process of the mixer, the material rolls 360 ¡ã inside the barrel, and then through the relative movement of the rapid mixing and the mixing barrel, the material plays a role of forced rolling, thus improving the mixing effect for some materials with poor liquidity. The inner part of the cylinder and the contact part of the material are designed to be smooth transition, free of dead angle and thorough cleaning, which can avoid cross contamination of drugs, especially for drug factories. All parts in contact with the drug shall be made of acid and alkali resistant high quality (ICr18Ni9Ti) to ensure the purity of the mixed materials with different properties. This machine has automatic timing forward and reverse, and can set the operation and stop interval time in use.
